This sauce is so yummy over tofu and veggies. I'm still in the process of finding new and exciting ways to use this sauce. Ingredients:
2 tbsp tamari or liquid aminos
2 tbsp Miso (yellow or white)
1 1/2-2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup soy milk
Red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
1-2 tsp arrowroot powder
Instructions:
This sauce can be made ahead and kept in fridge until ready to heat and serve.
Whisk together all sauce ingredients and place in a small pot.
Heat on low and whisk until warm and slightly thick.
