I absolutely love this twist on the typical pesto! It is filled with healthy hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon, and fresh dill! Delish! I love it tossed with roasted baby potatoes or roasted beets--as well as any roasted veggies.
Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh dill, packed
2 garlic cloves
1 heaping tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup hemp seeds
Juice from 1 small lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: couple sprays of olive oil or 1 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor such as a Cuisinart (if you want to have more texture and some visible seeds) or a Vitamix (if you want it smooth) and puree. The pesto pictured was pureed in a Cuisinart.
Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more nutritional yeast, lemon, or salt.
