Swiss chard is my go to green when I'm in a rush because it cooks so quickly. I try to eat greens at lunch and dinner so I'm always looking for a variety of greens and different ways to eat them.

Ingredients:
Swiss chard, one bunch
1 shallot or leek, chopped
Sesame seed for garnish
Instructions:
Wash and remove big center stem from the chard.
Sauté the shallot or leek for a minute or two in a spray of olive oil, veggie broth, or water.
Add chard and sauté on medium for about 5 minutes. You may need to add a touch of water or veggie broth if it looks too dry.
Season with salt and pepper.
When wilted to your preference, plate the chard and drizzle with tahini sauce and sprinkle on sesame seeds.
